Read the hand list per table first
In blackjack, numbered cards are valued at their own value, face cards are valued at 10, and aces are usually valued at 1 or 11. If the first two cards are of the same value, there may be an opportunity to split, and doubling down usually results in an additional card being awarded for an additional bet. Whether the dealer stands on a soft 17 or hits can vary from table to table and can affect the expected outcome.
In Baccarat, 10 is worth 10, Jack, Queen and King are worth zero; Ace is worth one; the number written on the other cards is the value. If the total is 10 or more, only the last digit is counted—for example, 15 is worth 5. Whether the player or banker takes the third card is automatically determined by a set of numerical rules. In Roulette, each bet position and return is different; at poker-style tables, the order of hands and qualifying conditions must be read separately.
